The Grand Opening of the new St. Michael Library, Senior Center and City Hall has been set for Saturday, Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Lots of entertainment is being planned for the day including a concert by the a cappella band, "InPulse," at 11a.m. The building is on track and beginning to take shape on the inside too.
