Still Room To Register For 2-Session Photography Workshop In Paynesville!
Photographer Carol Weiler will be presenting a two-session photography workshop at the Paynesville Branch of Great River Regional Library (GRRL) on Thursdays, Nov. 10 and Nov. 17, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Session One will include tips on how to take better photos, and Session Two will teach you how to make those digital photos even better with digital photo editing. St. Cloud Patron Wins Summer College Sweepstakes Prize

Mural Coming Soon to Waite Park Library
Students from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University are designing a mural for the Great River Regional Library in Waite Park as a service learning project for one of their courses. Six groups of three to four students created preliminary designs after visiting the library and meeting with staff to gather ideas and input. Read more »

The Swanville Library Has Lived in Many Homes
Swanville had a public library before the Great River Regional Library (GRRL) began operations in 1969. The earliest records show a library in the town sometime before 1945. That library was housed in the building where the present funeral home is located. Read more »
