The Annandale Public Library recently hosted Doug Ohman and his presentation, “Libraries: Free For All.” Ohman is a photographer, public speaker, and author of the series "Byways of Minnesota.” He has toured the state extensively while compiling photos for his books. Read more »
Twenty-two youngsters and their adults recently discovered how to make their dreams comes true, how to eat healthy, exercise, create napkin rings, and learn the art of kindness at the Angelina Ballerina Tea Party hosted by Carla Johnson and the Cokato Public Library. They also dined on traditional tea party fare: scones, canapés, fruit, and of course, tea. Read more »
A new rivalry has begun between students at Upsala Area Schools and Holdingford Public Schools. The two schools challenged each other to a reading contest, and used the Great River Regional Library (GRRL) Winter Reading Program to provide the contest structure.

Due to the success of the Upsala Area Schools boys basketball team, which begins play in the state basketball tournament on Thursday, March 21, the library's watercolor classes with artist Dan Mondloch will be rescheduled.
