Teas at Big Lake Library Teach Manners and Self-Care

   This spring the Big Lake Public Library provided a new "Young Miss Tea" program for girls 10 to 15. Eight girls attended. They learned about skin care and gave themselves facials and received manicure sets and polish and gave themselves manicures. They also enjoyed tea and lunch. Read more »
