Around the World at Becker

Grab a seat aboard Becker Airways as the Summer Reading Program takes you on a "One World, Many Stories" tour.

The Summer Reading Program kicks off Monday, June 13 with Caricatures by Bill Morgan, starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, Becker Public Library will host Rusty's Rockin' Jamboree at 10:30 a.m. and Thursday, June 16, the GREAT Theatre will perform. Show time is 6:30 p.m.

Sign up for the Summer Reading Program for ages 0-18 begins Monday, June 13 at 2:00 p.m.

Storytime for ages 3-6 is every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. during the summer and features songs, stories and crafts that relate to the "One World, Many Stories" theme of the Summer Reading Program. If you are ages 7-12, come join us as we make crafts and perform experiments.

In conjuction with Becker Freedom Days, the Friends of the Becker Library will hold the annual book sale Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14 in the Becker Library during the open hours of the library.
