Civil War Quilt Presentation at Becker Library
Corrine Lanz will be at the Becker Public Library on Tuesday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. to give a history/craft presentation describing the role quilts played in the Civil War. After the presentation, participants will create a miniature Civil War quilt block. The pattern, instructions, needle and materials will be provided. Please bring fabric scissors.
No registration is required for the lecture portion of the evening. If you are planning to stay for the quilting lesson, registration is needed. Please call the Becker Library at 763.261.4454 or register online at www.griver.org. The project is limited to 12 people.
