For Class and Home
If you're a busy classroom teacher or homeschooler, you can save time and add quality to your learning environment using a new library service: the Educator Request Form.
On request, we will provide a selection of educational materials for teachers or homeschoolers to use as a study resource. If you are teaching a unit on topics such as the Civil War, rainforest, or Renaissance, library staff will select materials from the library shelves and deliver them under your name to your local library. You can then check out the materials on your library card.

Get you the materials you need
Deliver the materials to the Great River Regional Library location of your choice
You can access the service through the Educator Request Form. It's on the Ask a Librarian page, linked from the GRRL home page. Just let us know what you need, the grade level, when you need it and which library we should send it to. Our staff will begin sending you materials with a one-week turnaround as their goal. The normal library lending rules will apply.
