Nalah and the Pink Tiger Come to Kimball

Nalah and the Pink Tiger Come to Kimball

On Wednesday, Feb. 6, 16 children and parents were entertained by a lively, fast-paced puppet show presented by puppeteer Anne Sawyer-Aitch at the Kimball Library. Attendees were entertained by Anne’s unique program which is a high quality shadow puppet presentation. To add to the fun, the program also includes lively music which helps to keep the attention of even the youngest audience member.

The story of Nalah and the Pink Tiger is based on a very imaginative little girl who ends up with a house full of exotic animals. Eventually, a pink tiger follows Nalah home from the zoo, and that’s when the trouble really starts! As the story unfolds in the puppet show, children have opportunities to interact with Anne and have some hands-on time to see the puppets “up close and personal."
