Red Wing Pottery On Display at Pierz Library
A Pierz Public Library patron is displaying her Red Wing Pottery collection at the library. Red Wing Pottery is a passion for collectors big or small. The potteries of Red Wing began in the late 1800s with stoneware and in the 1930s added art pottery and dinnerware. In 1967, Red Wing Potteries closed its production facilities and opened a retail store.
