Minnesota ZooMobile Draws Crowd in St. Cloud
It was standing room only at the St. Cloud Public Library when the Minnesota ZooMobile visited on Tuesday, June 8. The combination of a rainy day and animals made the library a super hot spot. The zoo brought a tarantula, a beautiful and chatty blue parrot, an armadillo, a skink and a possum. Staff member Justine S. helped out.

Naturalization Ceremony Welcomes 90 Citizens at St. Cloud Public Library
The lobby of St. Cloud Public Library resembled the United Nations on Tuesday morning, May 25. Ninety individuals from 34 different countries, together with friends and family, mingled in the library’s Mississippi Room prior to becoming U.S. citizens.

Pay as you Print
If you have recently printed from one of our public computers in St. Cloud, you have noticed a new piece of equipment: Coin boxes have been installed. This is in response to concerns about patron privacy. With tax season right around the corner and people printing out their forms, it’s easy to see why this additional level of privacy is a welcome change!

Three prominent local economists will speak at the St. Cloud Public Library on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., about “St. Cloud’s Economy: Past, Present and Future.” The meeting is open to the public and will take place in the library’s Bremer Community Room.
