Central Minnesota Legal Services is now offering a free legal advice clinic to assist persons with matters of family and/or estate and probate law. Advice clinics will be held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the St. Cloud Public Library from 12 noon to 1 p.m., beginning Tuesday, Feb. 26. Pre-registration is recommended.
