Learn Adult Self Protection at St. Cloud

  Join Jack and Beverly Gustafson from St. Cloud Karate and T'ai Chi Instruction on Saturday Jan. 19, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. as they take you through a multi-cultural seminar on self-protection. They will teach you techniques from Japan, China, the Philippines, and Russia that they have learned over the past 40 years of training. This is a seminar filled with information and techniques that every person should know.  Be sure to register as space is limited. This seminar will be held in the library's Mississippi Community Room.
