The St. Cloud Public Library's Book Club for adults will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and again from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Array Community Room. The book for discussion is: The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold. Books bring people together, so come on down.
Central Minnesota Legal Services is now offering a free legal advice clinic to assist persons with matters of family and/or estate and probate law. Advice clinics will be held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the St. Cloud Public Library from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Ask at the upper level Information Desk for meeting room location. The August First Thursday at the St. Cloud Public Library features dance music from Granite City Brass. The Quintet will play a variety of dance music from around the globe: Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, American swing and Stevie Wonder.
