St. Michael Music Fun to return in August

After six highly recommended sessions of Music Fun Mondays this past May and June, Ms. Sandy will be returning for five more sessions beginning Aug. 2 and continuing every Monday in August with her entertaining and educational music program.

Music Fun Mondays In St. Michael

Musical Fun will be provided on Mondays beginning May 17 and continuing through June 28 at the St. Michael Library. Music Fun with Ms. Sandy is a fun class that will provide musical activities, dances and instrument playing  to children ages 4-7 on Mondays from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. Pre-registration is encouraged as there is a limit of 15 students per session.

St. Michael's New Library and Civic Building Taking Shape

The new St. Michael Library/Civic Building is progressing nicely. Due to the moderate spring temperatures, construction is slightly ahead of schedule. Masonry is being completed on the exterior walls, and soon, the windows will be installed. Mark Weigle, city administrator, said the building is still on track to open this coming fall. Digging For New St. Michael Library To Begin Soon

Weather permitting, construction on the new St. Michael Public Library may begin as early as Monday, Oct. 26, according to Branch Manager Marla Scherber.
