May Events/Activities are Abundant at the St. Michael Library
Kids and adults will be amazed at all the events being offered at the St. Michael Library in the month of May. Beginning on May 3, the Okee Dokee Brothers make a concert appearance, followed by a visit by Holocaust survivor, Murray Brandys on May 4.
If you are into genealogy, you can "Find Your Roots @ the Library" on May 12 with local expert, Stephen Barthel. Christian fiction author Tracie Peterson makes an appearance on May 17 brought to you by the Central Minnesota Libraries Exchange. We wrap up May with the Explore & Connect Workshop from GREAT Theatre's Diary of a Wimpy Kid with an interactive theatrical workshop for kids ages 9-12. More events are posted for May as well as more in June.
Many events are brought to you by Minesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, and some are brought to you by the St. Michael Friends of the Library. Please note that some events require registration, and some have age requirements. You can find out more details on the events tab at the left side of the griver.org webpage.
