If you ever find yourself squinting at the pages of a book because the type isn’t as clear as you’d like it to be, maybe you should check out our Large-Print selection.
Not all books are published in a large-print version, but many are and the library has a broad selection. The large-print list on the New, Best & Fun page is updated periodically. Here are a few books on the current list.
“The History Of Us” by Leah Stewart. The story of a woman who sets aside her career to raise her deceased sibling’s children.
“Proof Of Heaven: A neurosurgeon’s journey into the afterlife” by Eben Alexander. Non-fiction. That opinion changed after he became ill and entered a coma for seven days.
“Midnight At Marble Arch: A Charlotte and Thomas Pitt novel” by Anne Perry. This is number 28 in Perry’s acclaimed Pitt series set in Victorian England. The story of a woman who is raped and killed in her home explores the attitudes of Victorian society to sex crimes.
