Robert the Magician entertained everyone with a performance of Bug, Bugs, Bugs. He did various magic tricks including making a dove appear from a scarf. We had eight participants reach the 1000 books mark and six of them are now in kindergarten. Read more »
On Friday, Oct. 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Paynesville Public Library, the Minnesota Historical Society will present Beer and Brewing in the Land of Sky Blue Waters. Minnesota has a long and rich history with beer, starting with the first brewery opened in Saint Paul in 1849. Read more »
Local trio Knotted Clover entertained their audience in a recent concert at the Elk River Public Library.
The trio is composed of two teens and their father. They play traditional folk songs and music from Ireland on a variety of instruments including mandolin, guitar, fiddle and harp. Staff and patrons praised their performance. Read more »
