"Train Travel" Program At Paynesville Branch Friday May 11
Paynesville resident and avid train traveler Tom Thelen will discuss the ins and outs of traveling America by Amtrak at the Paynesville Public Library on Friday, May 11, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tom has traveled by train in nearly all of the lower 48 states, Alaska and the Netherlands. Kimball Patron Wins National Library Week Bingo Prize
A happy Karla Gehrke was the winner of the National Library Week Bingo at Great River Regional Library. National Library Week was celebrated April 8-14. Library visitors could pick up a Bingo sheet and fill the squares by completing tasks such as borrowing an item, attending a program, or filling out a comment form. All completed sheets went into a prize drawing. Read more »
