Friends of the Library Secure $1,000 United Way Grant
The Friends of the St. Michael-Albertville-Hanover Library have secured a $1,000 grant from the Wright County Area United Way. The Wright County Area United Way supports grants for shelter, food, health and education. The grant will go towards purchase of prize books for the St. Read more »

The Legacy Bill that provides arts and cultural heritage funding for libraries is due for consideration this week in conference committee at the Minnesota State Legislature. It will seek to find compromise between the Senate Legacy Bill (SF 1051), authored by Senator Richard Cohen (D-St. Paul) and the House companion bill (HF 1183). Read more »
