Items by Request

You may request that items owned by GRRL but not located in your local library be delivered to your local library. Staff will be happy to assist you with this process. The requested item will be pulled from the shelves or placed in the queue to be sent to your local library once the item is returned. If Great River does not own it, the requested item can be borrowed through GRRL's Inter-Library Loan Department.

Once the item arrives in the local library, the prospective user is notified by email or by telephone that the item is ready to be checked out.
