Art and Drawing classes at Paynesville, other Great River Regional Library Branches
Instructional courses in art are amongst the offerings at Great River Regional Library (GRRL) branches in the upcoming months. This Saturday, Feb. 20, the Paynesville branch is offering a Cartoon Art Workshop for ages 12 - 18. The workshop, taught by Shayann Hoffer, will begin at 10:15 a.m.

Powerful Art Exhibit in Waite Park and Upsala
The Waite Park and Upsala Public Libraries are sharing a powerful art exhibit during February titled “and still counting….” The exhibit, a series of colorful quilt squares, is a memorial to the U.S. soldiers and Iraqi civilians killed in the Iraq War.

Check out the Bestsellers list of best selling books available at Great River Regional Library. On the fiction list, you’ll see familiar authors such as Dan Brown, Stephen King and Sue Grafton, and also some authors new to the list or without a long history of success, such as Kathryn Stockett, Leila Meacham and Elizabeth Kostova.

Food, Wine & Books
Downtown St. Cloud’s Mi Famiglia Italian restaurant is hosting a library benefit on Thursday, Feb. 18, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The event is called “A Stroll Through Italy.” Approximately six stations will be set up featuring regional Italian food and wine pairings.
