After receiving memorial gifts on behalf of long-time Annandale resident Connie Kuehn, who passed away last spring, the Annandale Friends of the Library commissioned Michael’s Stained Glass Studio of St. Cloud to create the window panel in her honor. Immediately behind it are illustrations and text from the classic story of "The Little Engine That Could."
