   Central Minnesota Legal Services is now offering a free legal advice clinic to assist persons with matters of family and/or estate and probate law.

Teens and children 16 and younger have an opportunity to read down fines on their library cards.

Big Lake Celebrates Graduates of 1,000 Books Program

The Big Lake Public Library has celebrated its second graduating class of the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. As the name suggests, each student in the program has the goal of reading or listening to 1,000 books before entering kindergarten. That level of exposure to books and stories provides children with a big step up in reading readiness as they enter kindergarten. Read more »
