Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton proclaimed Feb. 29, 2012 to be Leap Into Reading Day. This signals an increased emphasis to improve literacy statewide on the part of the Minnesota Department of Education. Central Minnesota Legal Services is now offering a free legal advice clinic at the St. Cloud Public Library to assist persons with matters of family and/or estate and probate law.
